Booking Enquiries

Our Terms & Conditions are directly between you and ourselves. It will contain your booking details and our policies regarding no parties, no smoking, no pets amongst others.

We can only offer early check ins and late check outs if they are available, so please give us at least 24 hours in advance to confirm. We must ensure our cleaners have enough time to prepare the property.

We allow smoking in the designated outside smoking area of properties with access to outside spaces.

No, we let you the entire property for the duration of your stay. No one else has access, and you are always notified at least 24 hours prior should our cleaning or maintenance team require access.

We only accept UK valid Identification like passport or drivers license. Your proof of identification is used to carry out checks such as anti- fraud.  

Pets are allowed in some of our properties, upon request only. 

We are open for business all year round, including any government lockdowns! We only have self contained units and accommodation where the kitchen and bathroom is NOT SHARED, unlike a hotel. Our cleaners fully sanitise and secure each accommodation, before arrival.

Landlords & letting agents

We work with nationwide businesses, airports and hospitals to help house their professional employees, cabin crews and doctors, who need accommodation in the area.

They cannot commit to long ASTs as they may be in the area for only a short period of time (a few days up to 6 months). That’s where we come in and provide accommodation on a short term basis to them while ensuring we meet our obligations to you as our landlord or client.

We fill gaps by letting the property to well vetted guests who need accommodation while visiting the area for leisure and to families who need accommodation due to work being carried out on their main residence (often insurance companies are funding the stays).

No we have short term guests not tenants, so they will NOT be issued Assured Shorthold Tenancies (AST). If problems were to occur they can be easily be removed with no long, drawn out eviction process. 

Regardless of occupancy, all payments are made directly from our company account, punctually and in full. Our contractual agreement will determine the structure and terms. 

All of our guests are vetted by an independent company where they will need to provide photo identification and sign our terms and conditions. We prefer quality over quantity.

Every guest must put down a security deposit which we hold. We also have a designated fund to fix any damage, in time for our next guest. 

Overall, the property has to stay in hotel standard condition or we could not operate as a business so you can rest assured the property will be looked after – aligning both our needs, those of the guests and the tenants.

We have formed great working relationships with major employers across the UK and worldwide. We provide their staff and clients with favourable, short term accommodation. The industries we serve range from pharmaceutical, insurance, health care, information technology, construction, oil & gas, civil service and many more.   

Once contracts are signed we can be fully moved into the property and operational within 7 days!
